My Story

Hi, I’m Daniel Jorgensen, the owner of OSDAS Property Services. I am a qualified Carpenter and a professional photographer.

For the past 20 years, I’ve worked in the building industry on some level. From gaining hands-on experience as a carpenter across residential construction, renovations, repairs and property maintenance. Throughout that time, I’ve developed a practical approach focused on quality workmanship, reliability and attention to detail.

Alongside my trade career, I’ve spent the past 11 years as a professional photographer, documenting Weddings all over the world and now homes. That experience has given me a trained eye for detail, presentation and accurate visual documentation—skills that set OSDAS Property Services apart.

By combining qualified carpentry knowledge with professional photography, I offer a unique service that not only maintains and repairs properties but also creates high-quality photographic records for homeowners, landlords, property managers, builders and insurance purposes. Whether it’s documenting a property’s condition, recording completed works or carrying out maintenance and carpentry, my goal is to provide a professional, dependable service that protects your investment.
